This is the third of three Dementia Education sessions facilitated in collaboration with Landis Communities. Participants are encouraged to attend all three sessions, but not required. These sessions are for family, friends, care partners, neighbors, and people with dementia who would like to learn how to communicate, interact, and support one another well.
