Bill Stephan will meet you for an easy winter walk on City View Drive (a former drive now closed to traffic) which affords a unique view of the city from a high point in the park. You can make your walk as long or short as you wish by walking out and back or returning by way of the horse trail that goes to Rockford. 

 

Enter the park off Chesapeake Street. Turn left onto Rockford Road after crossing the river. Park in small lot to left just before the Road Closed barricade. Walk begins just a couple hundred feet before arriving at the parking lot.
