Developer Joe Mugavero will give us an update on Sycamore Ridge, an intentional, modest scale pocket community proposed for Lancaster’s Sunnyside Peninsula. This innovative initiative focuses on promoting social connection and outdoor activity along the Conestoga—think a 21^st century version of Mt. Gretna in Lancaster City.
